TurboSMTP users update
Following the data center incident, TurboSMTP services have been restored with some minor degradation in the dashboard. Below is a summary of what is currently operational, what is limited, and any actions you may need to take.

Having trouble logging into the dashboard? Reset your password
While performing infrastructure recovery, existing dashboard login credentials for a minority of users may not work. If you encounter an error when logging in to the dashboard, please reset your password. This will immediately restore access to your account. This only affects dashboard access. Your SMTP credentials and API keys are not impacted.
Partially Working
Please note the following when using the dashboard:
- Login errors: a minority of users may encounter errors when logging in. If this happens, please reset your password. This will resolve the issue. Note: this only affects dashboard login. SMTP credentials and API keys remain unchanged and fully functional.
- Limited features: some dashboard features are currently disabled and will be restored as recovery progresses.
- New purchases unavailable: it is not currently possible to make new purchases.
- Delay on plan renewals: recurring billing is fully operational, however there may be a delay in the update of plan renewals for a subset of customers. Our support team will help you and promptly restore access if you are affected.
